All registrations, memberships, event tickets, lessons, courses, and any other products or services purchased through Caledon Ski Club are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, the transaction is considered complete. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds or exchanges will be issued. 2. What’s Covered by This Policy
This No Refund Policy applies to all offerings provided by Caledon Ski Club, including but not limited to:
Memberships and club dues
Day passes or lift-tickets
Ski or snowboard lessons (private or group)
Programs, courses, or training
Event registrations
Merchandise or retail items
3. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
While all sales are final, Caledon Ski Club may — at its sole discretion — consider partial or full refunds or credits only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Club-initiated cancellations of an event, lesson, or program.
Material misrepresentation: the product or service delivered is materially different from what was advertised.
